Digital Marketing cum Content Creator

About the Job

  • Plan and execute promotion/campaign, marketing strategies and activities for our E-commerce and social media platform to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute strong and innovative digital marketing strategies including content, social, email, online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, link building, and other techniques to drive traffic to our eCommerce websites
  • Experience driving traffic through Facebook Advertising. Has a comprehensive understanding of targeting and campaign structure best practices particularly regarding Facebook.
  • To brainstorm & create content for social media planning.
  • Oversees campaign creatives and guides digital media planning and execution.
  • Improve website content by working with Creatives Team to produce materials of visual impact within brand guidelines.
  • Be excited to grow and learn valuable skills with a fast-paced start-up
  • Research, identify and evaluate trends and insights for growth opportunities, and test new marketing channels and tools
  • Be a creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent in copywriting skills.
  • Good player team, result oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Customer Service cum Admin Exec.

About the Job

  • Understanding of product functions, usage, policy and services, with excellent learning ability, customer service and knowledge.
  • Guide and assist customer in closing sales operation, establish relationship with new and existing customer through excellent customer service, eventually convert into sales.
  • Responsible for recording, sorting and feedback on customer reviews, analyzing and report to immediate superior.
  • Properly resolve general customer complaints and make corresponding system record.
  • Participate in planning new strategies to meet targets set by the company.
  • Manage office administration matters to support office operations (office upkeep and maintenance, cleanliness, postage & etc)
  • Organize and maintain proper data entry system.
  • Handle any ad-hoc admin work or projects assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good at communication skills and good teamwork awareness.
