We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any such changes.
l prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable When items are reduced in price for promotional or sale periods, the new price will be displayed in red with the previous price shown in red with a strikethrough.
All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold are final. It is not refundable or exchangeable.
Order(s) will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 24 hours
The prices shown for items on the website does not include charges for postage and packing (delivery). Delivery charges will be added to the total product value of your order based on the delivery service you chose and will be conveyed to you via confirmation email.
The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product detail but we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appears on the site as accurately as possible. Please note that the product colours you see will depend on your monitor’s ability to read these colours. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s evaluation of product colour will accurately reflect the product upon delivery.
Warranty
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 6-month warranty provided by JJOT GROUP SDN BHD (CoalaKids) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the purchase of our products. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to be bound by these warranty terms.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a default 6-month warranty on all our products, covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
- The warranty applies to products purchased directly from JJOT GROUP SDN BHD (CoalaKids) or authorized distributors.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided to make any warranty claims.
3. What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Any product malfunctions that occur under normal and intended use.
4. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, or deterioration of materials over time.
- Damage due to exposure to extreme weather conditions, fire, or other environmental factors.
- Any products purchased from unauthorized sellers or retailers.
5. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- If applicable, you may be asked to return the product to us for inspection.
- We will assess the issue, and if it qualifies under warranty, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund for the product at our discretion.
6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- Within Malaysia: If the product is deemed faulty and qualifies for warranty coverage, we will cover the cost of return shipping for repairs or replacements.
7. Remedies
If a product defect is confirmed under the warranty, we may:
- Repair the defective product at no cost.
- Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.
- Provide a refund for the purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible.
8. Limitations of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- This warranty is your exclusive remedy, and no other warranties, expressed or implied, shall apply beyond the terms stated herein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10. Changes to the Warranty
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect warranties on products purchased prior to the modification.

7-Days Free Trial
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Free trial offered by JJOT GROUP SDN BHD (CoalaKids) ("we," "us," or "our") to customers ("you" or "your"). By participating in the free trial for school bags, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Free Trial Overview
The Free Trial allows you to try selected school bags from our collection for 7 days at no cost, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
- The free trial is available to new customers only, one free trial per customer/household.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
- This offer is only valid within Malaysia. International customers are not eligible.
3. Trial Period
- The trial period begins on the date the school bag is delivered to your provided address.
- You have 7 calendar days to use the school bag and determine whether you would like to keep it or return it.
- The trial period ends at midnight on the 7th day after delivery.
4. Product Condition During the Trial
- The school bag should be treated with care and only used in a manner consistent with light, everyday use.
- The bag must not be damaged, soiled, washed, or altered during the trial period.
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact and be returned with the bag if you decide not to keep it.
5. Return Process
- If you decide not to keep the school bag, you must initiate the return process and ensure the product is returned within the 7-day trial window.
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided at the time of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply unless stated otherwise.
6. Charges After the Trial Period
- If you do not return the school bag within the 7-day trial period or if the product is returned in a damaged or altered condition, we will charge the full retail price of the product using the payment method provided at the start of the trial.
- If the product is returned in its original condition within the 7-day window, no charges will apply.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- The free trial includes free shipping to your specified address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless we offer free return options. Shipping costs will be communicated during the return process.
8. Product Availability
- The free trial is subject to product availability and may be limited to certain school bag models.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the school bag while it is in your possession during the trial period.
- If the school bag is returned in a damaged or unusable condition, we reserve the right to charge you the full retail price.
10. Termination of Free Trial
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the free trial offer if we suspect any abuse of the offer or violation of these Terms.
- Customers who repeatedly fail to return trial products may be disqualified from future offers.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from the free trial will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
12. Privacy Policy
- By participating in the free trial, you agree to our use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information will be used to manage the trial, payment, and future marketing purposes unless you opt out.
